Sigilance

Happen to have a Honedge and a Sigilyph in your party? Well if you have a Honedge in your party you can evolve your Sigilyph into a "Sigilance"! Must be a Honedge though, it won't work with a Doublade or an Aegislash. Sigilance is the "Wand Pokemon" and it's specialty is the ability to learn every HM. You could look at it like all HM's were magic spells, so the obvious thing you'd need is a wand for those spells.
