Pokemon Midnite Waltz: Blue Moons

This is my 1st time writing one of these critiques but I will try my best, I like the design but the only problem with it is how much the head of the 3rd stage is too much like Lunatone, may a recommend making the crescent points point diagonally-up-backwards, and for it to not have a beak or snout or whatever you mean for that to be but for it to have a mouth more like the little full moon stage. I am also still confused about the made up pokemon Types you created but I like them so over all I like this pokemon.
