Description
Now that I've made the northern have of Kanto snowy, some of the Pokemon in Kanto need to adjust to the climate. Part of Caterpie and it's evolution color comes from the changing of leaves and making it blend in more. But with this it's body has become much dryer and in the final stage when it rubs it's antennae or wings together it can produce fire.
Both this and the original Caterpie line can be found in Kanto in case you want more variety. Enjoy!

Interesting, this looks like what Dragonite if they chose to stay with the color palette of dratini and dragonair
