In some parts of Castelia city you may find fish painted on the ground and though some are just that, some are actually secretly graffiti Pokemon! And you can only find them by examining the fish art on the ground which kind of makes them hidden gems of the Pokedex I guess.

I'd love to make more Pokemon that you can find by being very active in checking things out; wild grass Pokemon can get a bit boring. Enjoy! :D

maybe they are only there on certain days.
