So Sorry Gogo!

Hey everyone,

Just got back from my funeral I had to go to (not sure if I talked about that already or not) and it was okay. Too hot for wearing black but none the less. Anyway, emotionally I'm doing fine, so don't worry about me becoming down or something cause it's not the case. But on to the main journal!


So I had been playing Ni No Kuni for some time and then stopped for a bit once I reached Shadar's room (throne room?). I know that facing Shadar is only like the half way point of the game (I spoiled myself long ago) but it's one of the last new areas I'll get to be in the game. And despite more story still to come, I like exploring areas in games so it's kind of sad to seem like it's over in that sense. But anyway, as I've reached the boss room I've decided to pick a more concrete team. Last few months I've just had each of my members one main Familiar and 2 extra ones that I'd level to metamorphose and then dump back into my creature bin. And since I've discovered the Tokotoko's area (they give a ton of EXP) I gain levels super quick.

But as I've reached the boss I've had two main familiars for each member. The problem is that since I've had Lemahl (now an Aye-Aye Sir) for so long in my party and then dumped it for a while to train others, I had forgotten where I had gotten it from. And when I finally had put it back in my party I mistook it for Esther's original partner. The reason this matters is because I thought it would be good to leave the original main partners for the remainder of the game. So anyway, as I've been watching a Ni No Kuni LP I realized my mistake that it was actually Gogo (now a Fluorongo) which I needed; so I dumped Lemahl and have been training up Gogo. I'm so sorry I forgot you Gogo. OTL

Oh and by the way, my current main team is Oliver has Mitey (Now a Dynamite) and a Bone Baron because I think knight familiars work for him. Esther has Gogo of course and I've also given her an Underripe Buncher in respect to her father. And finally Swaine uses Gunthur (now a Hurlabaloo) and a Beam-Man because I think he looks good with huge humanoid familars. I don't follow the whole "which familiar bonds best with who" official formula the game has, I just go by what I think looks best physically and symbolically. Anyway, I'm rambling on and I'm sure most of you haven't understood a word I've said. So I'm off!
