Within the "Cage" a large cage hovering in the sky lies several smaller cages containing cities spiraling upwards. These condensed cities feature their own themes, Pokemon and cultures. The goal of the protagonist is progression from the lowest cage to the highest cage and the requirements to progression differ from place to place; some have gyms and some have trials. The following document will help you understand the setting and help me to create the Pokedex sets for each cage city. The following will be in the order of the lowest city to the highest and final one. *As a side note, because these areas float in the sky, only flying Pokemon
