UGM: Julius Evans

Above is my character Julius hanging out at the Rhaphsodic Backstreets. Beside him is his pin "Grey Raid". Tried to make the character lines, shading and the picture boarder look as close as possible to being official. Julius is not a player but rather and NPC.

I'd also like to mention that on Julius's bag is a Decal which explains how he is able to interact with the Reapers and players within the game without being a Player himself. Also, Grey Raid was a pin he got from a previous game when he was a Player so I guess that explains that.


Name: Julius Evans
Age: 26
Personality: Pretty laid back and not to phased by what's happening around him. He seems a bit arrogant and doesn't really have a temper and is often quiet. He doesn't really pay attention to the missions and more likes to do sketches on his art pad in his bag. He knows when to help and also when to let people learn on their own making him mature yet mysterious.

Accessory: Grey Raid Pin
Bio: Grey Raid is a custom pin made by the maker of all the pins "Cesar". It's unique ability summons Taboo Noise to fight off regular Noise and then disappear when finished. In a sense the pin also doubles as a weapon item. However since Julius is not a player he only keeps the pin as an accessory.
Regular: Summons "Grunge Wolves" and "Death Metal Minks".
Special: Summons a "Wall of Grizzly".

+ Enjoys when people underestimate him.
+ Likes and can often be found hanging out in "Rhaphsodic Backstreets" and the "Station Underpass".

- Finds battling a waist of time and only does it when it's necessary.
