PKMN Midnite Waltz: Rival Jack 2.0 by Midnitez-REMIX PKMN Midnite Waltz: Rival Jack 2.0 by Midnitez-REMIX
EDIT: For the final art I will change the wrappings to something more realistic. Clothes may also change too.

The new (hopefully final) version of your trans rival Jack for Pokemon Midnite Waltz!

So in my original version of Jack I didn't really like the bust size and I'm sure many would agree it was a bit unnecessary. And also the old version didn't have any muscle and I wanted Jack to have a bit of a toned look to him.

People have also been wondering if being mistaken for a girl will be Jack's whole reason for being and it's a fair question. It will be a common thing of course since it's not often you meet a trans trainer, however Jack has other goals of course. But in the end, Jack's gender will tie into the ending of the game and I personally will be keeping it that way.

Enjoy. :D

I like the change but this design still confuses me a lot. Not to be rude but.. why the HELL would a trans man want to dress like a woman all the time, especially in attire that's specifically sexy to people who's attracted to women?? Unless it's part of his character that he's a crossdresser, this makes no sense and is honestly kind of offensive. It looks like fetishizing trans bodies was a higher priority than thinking about the character's actual identity- that the only reason he's trans is so you had an excuse to draw a lady topless aside from bandages. I know that's probably not your reason because you're a cool guy, but that's the impression it gives to anyone who doesn't know much about you, and that's a shame :(
Also like someone said before- bandages are REALLY PAINFUL and unhealthy and someone wearing them 24/7 as a form of binder is one of those things that's so unrealistic it just ruins your immersion. If you really wanna stick with a sexy feminine styled outfit and don't wanna use a real binder top then.. a sports bra? Many pre-op transfolk use those during early stages of hormone treatment. or like.. just redraw the bandages a bit looser so they look less like they're gonna cut off all circulation and leave those boobies as blackened gangrenous lumps XD Bandages shouldn't show cleavage no matter how tight they're wrapped! And the entire point of binding boobs is to NOT have cleavage and bouncing...
Sorry if this was rude but I really cringed and got kinda enraged when I saw the first pic, and it makes me so happy that you're trying to change things :D I have nothing against you liking to draw sexy women, but it crosses a line to treat a trans MAN like he's a "sexy woman" just because he hasn't had top surgery. Even if that wasn't your intention, it can upset people.
I dunno, I'd suggest maybe redrawing Jack as sexy in a male way if he has to be a fanservice character? I mean, something that's attractive to straight women, even if he still has bound breasts on a masculine body. Or heck, draw him as non-attractive if you feel like it. And then maybe go draw another sexy woman character to replace him, lol!

Well it's still an early concept, I'd prefer you reserve judgement until you see him in action. Also, I understand the bandages comment and I will see about changing it.

I'm not judging, I just figured it was best to express my opinion now while you're considering changes rather than when you've already finished and it would be a hassle to change ^^;
I'm not saying the character is bad or you're a bad person, just that it could make the audience FEEL bad. I mean, it really brought me down to see the original concept and that isn't something you really wanna invoke with such an important character. And I don't see why "he looks obviously female-bodied" is such an important thing to have in the first place, to be honest. I don't see why it's important to have people constantly mistaking him for a girl either. I guess the entire way you handled his trans identity is a bit baffling to me and I hope you try and research more about transsexuality even if you don't want to change the design.
I'd definately feel fine with this v.2 version here and I think the writing is more important than the visuals in the end, but I just felt i'd give some suggestions if you wanted to make him completely offense-free rather than risking it. Cos I know that people's opinions vary and just because I personally go "this is a bit weird but not bad" doesn't mean that nobody else will be offended.

Don't worry, I've gotten plenty of the exact same opinions so you aren't too late. lol
