Description
The "Resort Town" island is available to you once you win your gym battle against Skyla. There are lots of tropical fish to catch here in the water and tall grass. Also in the buildings are special people who can do things like help your Pokemon increase in happiness, Pokemon massages and a restaurant that serves Pokemon stat boosting food.
There probably will be some kind of story element here as well. I mean without one there is really not much initiative to figure out you can fly here. Enjoy your stay!

Originality Technique
ImpactThis looks like a beautiful place to be. After playing BW2 i always felt that Skyla's airlines should be put to greater use. This would be a perfect inclusion, a holiday getaway from the monotony of the gym badge hunt. If this place has a pokemon center and is fly-able it will be a useful addition to the games as a home base or rather like a place for the character and his pokemon to come and cool off. You could imbibe the villa concept from platinum or do something else entirely. The one major drawback of Resort Area was its pointlessness. Now that you've informed that Resort Town will have a plot element to it, it fits together perfectly.
