So I need a boost for doing my Celestite-creating duties so I thought I'd do some gym leader concept art stuff. I really need to stop calling them gym leaders, but it's the only way most people will recognize what I mean. @.@

So anyway this is the Meloetta-weilding leader (rank undecided) and she is a famous musical idol. Her stage name is "Kyu" but I may change it. Of course as you can already tell I will have quite a bit of a Vocaloid influence and though I don't follow Vocaloid, it looks cool. So her unofficial gym is in the "WAVES" concert stadium and you will have to defeat some of her bodyguards to get to her.
